Amber Woodruff is an education leader with over 10 years of experience in the field. As an advocate for early childhood education, Amber has taught Kindergarten, first, and third grades in public and charter schools in Washington, DC. Now, Amber uses her expertise to design and implement strategic initiatives for school networks and organizations. Her areas of focus include early childhood education, race and equity professional development, and pre-service teacher training and retention. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College and a Master’s in Education from George Mason University. Amber lives in Baltimore with her husband, William.
